The University of Texas
MD Anderson Cancer Center
Houston, Texas

Dear Mr. Mitton:

This letter is in regard to the professional and coordinated installation of a ceiling mounted microscope that you and your staff completed at the University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Generally the process of completing an installation of this complex nature is plagued by numerous communication difficulties, disrupted surgical schedules, unhappy staff due to dust and construction, and the surprise that the initial calibration of the mount to the microscope was inadequate.

I would like to thank you for your quality installation. Your work was initiated by numerous phone calls to coordinate dates, shipping of the equipment, and verification of parts. Based on your professionalism, I can recommend your work and company without any reservations. I would also like to commend your quality of work, ability to keep dust to a minimum, and to assure any potential operating room administrator that you make every effort to coordinate the installation to meet surgical schedule perimeters.

If you have any business contacts that would like to verify our facility as a reference, please have them call me. I am available at (713) 792-3385.

Cordially,

Stanley Shelver, RN, MHA
